How fast can you get a dumpster to me in Jackson?
Same-day service is available. Call in the morning and there's a good chance it lands the same day. Deliveries inside the city move fastest, and the outer parts of the county sometimes need a little more lead time on a busy week.
What does a dumpster rental include?
Delivery, pickup, your rental period, and disposal up to the weight included with that size. The 10 yard includes 1 ton, the 15 yard 1.5 tons, the 20 yard 2 tons. If a load comes in over the included weight, the extra weight is billed on top, and you'll know the limit before the container leaves.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size you pick, whether you keep it 3 days or 7, and your delivery address inside our 50-mile radius. Call us or fill out the form and we'll give you the number for your project.
What size do I need for a garage cleanout?
A 10 yard handles most one-car garages. Go to a 15 for a two-car garage or anything packed to the rafters. The 20 yard is more than most cleanouts need unless you're also clearing furniture and bulky items.
Can I put concrete, dirt or bricks in it?
No. Concrete, asphalt, brick, dirt, sand and gravel aren't accepted in our containers. Tires, batteries, electronics, propane tanks, fluorescent bulbs, wet paint, oils, fuels and anything hazardous are out too.
What can I put in it?
Household junk and bagged trash, furniture like couches, chairs, tables and dressers, and non-hazardous construction debris such as trim, flooring and tile. If you're unsure about something, ask before it goes in the container rather than after.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Three days or seven days. If your project runs long, call us and we'll extend it. If you fill it and need a second one, we'll bring another.
Do you deliver outside Jackson city limits?
Yes. We run a 50-mile radius out of Jackson, which covers Jackson, Calhoun, Eaton and Ingham counties. If you're near the edge of that, call and we'll confirm before you book.
Do I need a permit?
Not if the container sits on your own driveway or property. If it has to go in the street or block a sidewalk you'll likely need a permit from the city, and township rules differ from city rules. Tell us where you want it and we'll flag it if it looks like a permit situation.
Do I have to be there for the drop-off?
Not usually. Tell us where the container goes and leave the spot clear. If access is tight or the placement needs explaining, being there helps.
